Design and deliver Credit Training

* Modules to cover Introduction to Financial Analysis, Report Writing and Lending and Security.
* Further modules to cover Credit Management, Credit Grading, Regulation, NAPS.
* Provide training in line with business strategy: identify needs in conjunction with branches/ lending authorities, deliver on a localised basis as required, drive the Professional Banker Framework including accreditation.
* Assess the impact of Credit Training on business performance.
* Provide confidential feedback to Chief Credit Officer Head of Learning Development.
* Identify issues that require follow up with individual lenders and line managers.
* Reflect internal and external changes in Credit Training (operational, business, regulatory).
* Coach others in Professionalism in Credit Management.
