Business Analyst - Credit - Front/Middle Office - Up to £80,000 p/a - London
Leading Investment Bank are currently seeking the services of a Business Analyst with previous experience of sitting within both the front and middle offices to come into a team of Business Analysts currently working on a variety of end of end projects.
The Bank are adding further Business Analyst capabilities to their London office. The role will focus on Projects related to Pre Trade/Trade Capture/Post Trade/Workflow of a range of Products that are required to be migrated out of legacy system to Strategic proprietary systems.
The successful candidates will have the following experiences:
· Business Requirements Gathering
· Analysis of Products targeted for Migration (Credit/Fixed income/Equities) •Driving implementation of agreed approach (remodelling the deal as deemed appropriate, migration to other IT Verticals, etc.)
· Analysis/Design/Follow up of appropriate workflows
· Ability to quickly grasp the complex and varied business workflows and translate them into appropriate technology touch points
· Ability to accurately extract, agree and document business requirements with highly time-constrained users
· Ability to accurately document Functional designs in order to drive the development process
· Ability to compare and analyse large quantities of complex data – ideally in Excel or equivalent – and to identify patterns and themes
· Extensive experience in the Investment Banking Front Office space
· Experience in Front to back trade processing/workflows with sound understanding of trade lifecycle, touch points and associated business functions
· Prior knowledge of Financial Products (preferably credit products) and associated market/trading conventions
· Some experience complex global environment (preferable)
