Credit/Debit Cards Operations Manager - £60k-£75k
Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £60k-£75k + bens.
A fast-growing bank with an unrivalled culture and close-knit team is seeking a customer focused Operations Manager to take the lead on all Card issues.
You will be responsible for all card and ATM operations, managing key supplier relationships, taking ownership of performance issues and assisting in development of the company's cards strategy.
Essential requirements:
-Track record of success in card operations, with evidence of driving performance improvement
-Experience in financial services for a retail bank or card services company
-Experience of the project cycle
-A good understanding of card profiles and parameters (magnetic strip and chip)
-Proven expertise in debit cards and credit card payments including authorisations and clearing
-Experience of managing contractual relationships with payments partners payment schemes
-Willingness to get their hands dirty on the detail, managing individual customer issues
-MasterCard experience a bonus
-Intelligent and analytical
-Good communicator at all levels
-Willingness to see everything from the customer's perspective
- Proactive, Customer-centric and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
