Requirements: 1+ years compliance experience
Job Responsibilities:
-Assists with the implementation and monitoring of a risk-based compliance program to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provides compliance support for projects and initiatives.
-Tests the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives and internal controls
-drafts reports of findings for compliance risk management
- identifies issues resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations
-works higher level consultants to analyze issues and assist in implementing action plans to address deficiencies.
-Assists in coordinating production of periodic compliance performance reports for senior management and in coordinating site, agency or other examinations conducted by external parties.
