Position Summary:
Henkels McCoy believes in the benefits of a standardized Account Management process across the company. As part of this vision, there is a need for a corporate CRM administrator to support a customized Customer Relationship Management tool. Based at our corporate headquarters in Blue Bell, PA, the administrator will be responsible for oversight and maintenance of our enterprise CRM tool, Salesforce.com. He/She will be the primary interface between the end-users and the IT department to address usage, report generation and modifications. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working in a CRM environment and a thorough understanding of various sales tracking processes, available business cloud-computing applications, email marketing campaigns, and business analytics. In addition, the administrator must have excellent communication and training skills in a live or on-line setting in order to provide initial and on-going education on the tool to users at various levels (Sales, Operations Management).
- Gain expertise in application usage; become Power User within the company
- Help develop, measure improve the visibility of Key Performance Indicators
- Assist users with day-to-day questions, problems and application usage
- Assist with mass importing of data generated from trade shows and marketing campaigns
- Manage change control (i.e. receiving business requirement, report requirement, change or enhancement requests from Users)
- Document training, policy and procedures, and user manuals
- Conduct end-user training and coaching
- Responsible for data administration (data integrity, cleansing data for imports, etc.)
- Responsible for user administration (user IDs, security)
- Responsible for changes to system tables, screens and picklists
- Oversee Crystal Report generation, maintenance and testing
- Corporate Sales Marketing Liaison to IT and CRM vendor
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related field.
- At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience with CRM databases in a sales-focused environment. Prior working knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) essential in order to train and coach multiple job functions.
- Willing to travel to meet with end-users as necessary to provide training.
- Experience in a construction, heavy industrial or related industry preferred.
