MG are looking to recruit an experienced CRM Analyst-Administrator as part of their new support team for their Salesforce.com CRM platform.

The team will be the front line support, owning the maintenance, support and development of the platform. On a daily basis the team may be working on defect resolution, writing new reports, supporting and training users, answering user queries, monitoring data quality, investigating data requirements, documenting business processes, implementing small changes and enhancements, running tests, and working with vendors on additional developments.

The candidate will have strong experience working as a CRM Analyst-Administrator or similar role with Salesforce.com.

Key responsibilities

- Maintains relationships with key business users and Super Users
- Prepares, tests and rolls out configuration enhancements to the CRM platform
- Designs and provides business training on the CRM platform to users.
- Day-to-day Salesforce platform support in accordance with the Support Model and SLAs
- Documents and monitors conformance to CRM business processes and standards
- Data management e.g. maintenance of agreed standards, cleansing, transformation and load, monitoring of quality and regular feeds into and out of the platform
- Provision of MI reporting

- Degree level qualification

Technical Experience Required
- Salesforce Data Loader
- MS Excel

Technical Experience Desirable

- Familiarity with Salesforce Apps and Data manipulation tools
- Knowledge of HTML / Web development
- Knowledge of SQL
