We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Analyst to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team within Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM).
Reporting to the Manager, CRM Analytics, you will be responsible for performing customer and product analysis from a range of HSBC's core banking systems and the production of high quality detailed analysis and reporting.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out regular and ad-hoc customer analysis as required by the business and marketing area;
- Producing regular customer and product performance reporting;
- Coordinating the uploading and management of the leads processes in CRMS;
- Supporting the development, management and reporting of campaign activity for cross-sell and campaign reporting;
- Supporting the extraction and regular ad-hoc requests for research and projects;
- Providing expertise and knowledge to support marketing and business areas around data management.
Skills
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Marketing or Business);
- Proven experience in product and/or customer analysis, preferably within a Financial Services environment;
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Visual Basic and PowerPoint;
SAS or SQL programming skills would be a distinct advantage; - To be highly numerate, with an analytical approach and high attention to detail;
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
- An understanding of the relationship between systems, process and data and how this information is applied to the business.
