My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the City of London, are currently looking for a high calibre CRM Application Support Analyst. This is, not only, a great opportunity to join a top organisation, but also a chance to gain exposure to numerous technologies and many facets of the Investment Banking business. The bank is at the early stages of a strategic CRM programme and technology capability build out with a significant effort to simplify and improve focus services to their clients.
Skills required for this Application Support Analyst role are:
*Experience of supporting a CRM system; Salesforce, Ms Dynamic, Siebel
*SQL/RDB skills
*Good experience of using a Reporting Tool (Micro Strategy is preferred)
*Exposure to supporting ASP (.NET is preferred)
*Experience of supporting systems within the banking sector
*Must be qualified to degree level
*Exceptional communication skills; must be able to communicate in a clear and articulate way
The CRM Technology team deliver across whole bank with a defined pipeline of small and large change projects for existing and new systems, for which they are currently lacking the resource to deliver to. Hence they are looking for a strong Application Support Analyst with an established track record of working on a CRM Systems and looking to further their career within the financial sector.
A successful candidate will have built up application support experience ideally in the financial sector and be able to demonstrate an understanding of deal life-cycle process to be able to analyse and resolve issues.
