Hines is a privately owned real estate firm involved in real estate investment, development and property management worldwide. Hines is one of the largest real estate organizations in the world.

Hines seeks a CRM Business Analyst to maintain, analyze and support the reporting needs of Hines REIT.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  review and analyze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and (Sales Force) data in response to sales and marketing initiatives; analyze data and ensure data integrity, security, timeliness and accuracy; create and run various reports as necessary.

Minimum Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- One plus years of professional IT experience

- Demonstrate strong skills in SQL Server and SQL Query reporting services

- Salesforce.com reporting experience
