We are seeking a Siebel CRM Business Analyst for our team in Lisle, IL. This resource will play a key part in assisting with the build-out of the Siebel platform throughout the enterprise including Contracts, Sales and Marketing, SSSE, etc. The candidate must have strong knowledge of functionality in the Siebel CRM application. Healthcare experience is a plus. Experience working and directly interfacing with an offshore development team a plus.
- Gather, assess, and translate business requirements to functional requirements
- Serve as a functional team liaison between the business community and the development team
- Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with business and IS departments
- Complete tasks according the timelines and milestones
- Lead the development of a test plan
- Assist in the execution of test scripts
- Must have been engaged in multiple Siebel CRM implementations
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Siebel CRM business analyst
- Experience with the full project lifecycle - gathering requirements, documenting processes and flows, documenting designs, testing, and assist with implementation
- Excellent written and verbal skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, and planning skills
- Familiarity and experience working with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology
- Ability to very quickly learn new technology and functionality
- Ability to work in unstructured environment while meeting project timelines
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work on several time-sensitive deliverables
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of associates, managers and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Familiarity with HIPAA and SOX guidelines preferred
- Experience working and directly interfacing with an offshore development team a plus
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a college or university preferred or equivalent work experience required
