CRM Business Analyst – MS Dynamics recruitment
Experienced Business Analyst with particular knowledge around CRM systems, required by a large global Asset management company located in London.
The successful Business Analyst will join the firm’s Distribution Team which is part of the Business Systems area within the IT department. One of the Distribution Team’s primary roles is to implement changes to the CRM systems in line with the needs of the business. A second responsibility of the team is the resolution of issues arising from our CRM systems.
The successful Business Analyst will help deliver enhancements to the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. A secondary responsibility, from time-to-time, will be the requirement to undertake other general BA tasks as may be required within the Distribution Team. 3rd Line support for the CRM systems may also be necessary at times.
All applicants should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience configuring, customising and administering a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system.
- Experience of supporting Sales and Marketing functions from an IT perspective
- Experience in querying SQL databases, working with views stored procedures, and data processing using Scribe
- A good, solid understanding of the principles of database, network and application structures
