At the heart of this story is technology.  A motivated Project Manager is required to drive the design, implementation and support of banking CRM and associated Contact Centre systems. Managing a team of both vendor led and in house resource will be a key aspect of the role as Projects are proposed, signed off and delivered within a fast paced PMO environment.

We are looking for somebody with a good Project Management track record within Consumer or Retail Banking across the CRM and Contact Centre space. Previous business facing experience is highly desired alongside resource management and overall financial responsibility of projects. A PMP certification will see your application stand out from the crowd and outstanding communication skills and a demonstrable track record of stakeholder management (both locally and offshore) are required. It is imperative to also have previously delivered projects or system integrations across the retail banking/wealth management or core banking space.
