CRM Customer Relationship Marketing Administrator
Our oilfield services client has an opening for a CRMCustomer Relationship Marketing Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization. This new role will report to the Executive Vice President of Sales Marketing. Responsible for implementation and administration of new CRM system, providing strategic sales support, assisting in development and execution of marketing programs and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project leader for implementation of CRM software in coordination with IT and Sales areas
Manage all business processes and reporting from the companys CRM system
Coordinate CRM system upgrades and enhancements with IT and Sales areas
Develop/ maintain consolidated customer hierarchy and serve as gatekeeper for business systems
Gather, group, report and provide analysis of sales data from business units for management
Develop and report sales metrics and management dashboards
Support sales efforts at both corporate and business unit levels
Market research and analysis
Developing, printing and distribution of sales literature and materials
Assist in planning sales events and activities
REQUIREMENTS:
BS or BA in marketing, business, technology or equivalent experience
3-5 plus years experience CRM applications including implementation and administration
3-5 years experience in corporate marketing or sales support preferred
Specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
Strong PC and business software application skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to interface and develop relationships with internal departments and external customers
Analytical and detail oriented with solid organizational and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
