We are currently looking for a CRM Developer / Analyst Technical lead for a client in the Raleigh / Durham area as part of a SalesForce implementation. This would be a contract position that has the potential to turn into a permanent role.
Summary: Seeking a person with CRM implementation experience in a manufacturing environment. This is an outstanding opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new implementation. Keys to success will be your ability to understand and translate user objectives into system configuration related deliverables. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded IT professional who has a proven record of delivering complete solutions, not just code, to customers at all levels of the organization.
Duties include:
- Translate current business processes objectives appropriately into CRM functionality and work flows. I.e. tracking of Accounts, Contacts, Deal Registration, Pricing, etc.
- Setup and administration of users and roles. Initial set-up of record and field-level security, including territory and role hierarchies, groups, and profile permissions.
- Creation of page layouts, related lists, and reporting based upon user roles.
- Assist with selection and integration of affiliated applications Develop CRM integration with enterprise systems.
- Develop scheduled data loads from other systems.
- Migrate and validate data from legacy systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience with design, development, administration, and operational support in a leading CRM platform such as SalesForce.com, Siebel, or ORACLE CRM OnDemand preferably for manufacturing organizations.
- Must have a strong understanding of Sales business processes and the ability to translate business requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- IT project lead experience CRM development training. CRM development experience.
- CRM integration experience.
