Job Description

Drive operation excellence and efficiencies through transforming IT organization
Key partner to manage the relationship, interface and perform with the project teams
Manage development resources effectively within the priorities
Oversee the application development, maintenance and ongoing support work
Monitor and time-track IT resources prioritized / allocated for development and maintenance effort
Manage outsourcing vendors via SLAs
Implement global and common processes leveraging CMMI and ITIL best practices
Adopt global and common quality standards on application development / maintenance
Proactively drive application performance improvements
Active participation in defining and executing IT roadmap
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, stay current regarding technology evolution

Person Specification

Strong people management and organization skills, able to build, coach and guide teams.
Prior experience in establishing and managing IT programming centers / application outsourcing services is preferred
Performance driven, able to define KPIs and implement SLAs on application development and maintenance
Hands-on experience in various IT application platforms, technical support, system architecture and quality management
Strong leadership capabilities, high sense of ownership and proven collaboration within team
Ability to see “the bigger picture” as well as to focus and work in detail
Proven ability to act as a change agent for organization transformation
Degree holder in Information System, Business or related discipline; Master’s Degree preferred
At least 10 years senior and global IT management experience, with proven track records to build and lead large-scale IT application development and maintenance functions across different regions
