Our client is a top online gaming company and due to continued growth they are looking for a CRM Executive to join their friendly team, delivering great customer retention and acquisition campaigns and providing a first class user experience and customer service for their UK market.Job title: CRM ExecutiveSalary: £25-28kLocation: Central LondonThis is a great CRM job, working on a top Bingo site for the UK market based in central London. Reporting in to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for providing Customer Retention Management activities, creating, planning and delivering a range of promotions such as bonus promotions, prize draws etc.You will work across the site, plan and implement CRM campaigns such as email newsletters, develop online content for social and community related tools to build product awareness. A big part of the role will then be to report on and monitor the success of those campaigns for products and build relationships with players to ensure they experience a first class service and either become a player or simply play more!We are looking for someone with previous CRM experience and strong project management skills in creating and delivering successful CRM campaigns across all customer touch points such as email, site content, community forums etc. Ideally you will have an understanding of the UK gaming market too and an interest in Bingo would be great but is not essential!Day to Day Tasks: Be a customer champion for the businessCreating, planning and delivering targeted CRM campaigns including emails and site contentProviding player supportMonitoring blogs and forums, increasing product awareness with playersMaintenance and ongoing review of customer segmentationProduction of CRM reportsMonitoring of ROI on CRM activities The person:Experience in creating and delivering promotions and CRM campaignsExperience in writing content for websitesAbility to monitor the success of CRM plansSolid ability to use Excel and CRM tools such as email mailingHTML useful but not essentialGreat attention to detail, creative and analytical natureAn interest in gaming This is a fantastic CRM opportunity which is not to be missed, apply now!.
