We are seeking for a 'HANDS ON' CRM Analytics Specialist to drive and to manage online marketing campaigns for A FAST GROWING eBusiness. As this is a fairly new start-up, you will be taking partial ownership in setting the process for marketing campaigns and database management.
Your KPIs are measured by:
- Incorporating insights into CRM program and strategies
- Maintaining relationships and brand loyalty with existing Clients
- Conversion Click Through Rates of marketing campaigns
- Database growth of quality Leads
- Channels management i.e. Social Media, Channel Partners
- Analyze and translate campaign findings into meaningful, actionable insights - including synthesizing relevant insights from internal and external data sources
Key Requirements:
- Min. 6 years experience in CRM and Loyalty program management
- Strong CRM database management and Analytical skills
- Good Presentation and Influencing skills
- Strong understanding of business intelligence and performance measurement initiatives
