CRM Management Information Analyst
The team is responsible for the collection and analysis of client feedback, market trends and internal performance data to assist the business in the strategic approach of the business to clients. Your responsibilities would include:
- Collating and processing data into the CRM database which has been gathered for the client review process
- Data integrity checking in the CRM system
- Producing various reports for Front Office (Sales and Research) and Senior Management
- Analysing data and present conclusions
- Attend client planning meetings and capture all relevant information
- Take an active role in various projects to enhance the CRM function
To be considered for this role you will have solid experience in creating management information relating to Client data from ideally a Brokerage/Banking business, you will have exceptional data analysis and manipulation skills, advance excel skills as well as experience using a reporting tool ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Business Objects and have good knowledge of Equities. This role has great exposure to the Senior Management team and works very closely with Sales so as a person you will have to confident and have very strong communication skills.
