Nuance Communications, Inc. is looking to fill an immediate need for the position of Manager of Business Applications to work in the Business Systems group within the IT organization. They seek a well-rounded individual who is willing to assume responsibility, be able to work with limited supervision, and manage/mentor business analysts.
The right candidate must be disciplined, dynamic and flexible to manage multiple projects, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines. Candidate must be a self-starter, who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
This resource will be tasked with managing the lifecycle of projects supporting our Sales and Marketing organizations. He or she will help their team to work with key users from different business groups on understanding their business requirements, designing solutions that meet the business need and are in line with the application's best practices. The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment is integral to succeeding in this role.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, which will enable them and team to thoroughly examine a business need and communicate results at a level consistent with the target audience. Experience with marketing and sales force automation tools is a plus.
