CRM manager Job in City Of London, London UK
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong CRM manager to join an ever growing online company based inCentral London.
You will be joining a leader within theUKwithin there sector, and are constantly growing within the VOD space.
Your role will be responsible for implementing all CRM activity undertaken via email, mobile or other "1-2-1" channels (excluding social). The role will have full accountability for management of CRM activities including; development and delivery of campaigns, creative development and execution, third partner agency management, KPI reporting and campaign/customer level insight which will drive on-going CRM business-wide strategy.
The success of the Senior CRM manager will be measured against a number of key metrics at campaign and customer level, as well as the ability to deliver campaigns effectively.
The role will include 3 core areas of responsibility including;
* Delivery of the CRM strategy
* Delivery of all campaign and customer - level insight
* Day to day management of internal resources and 3rd party agencies to build the database.
