CRM Manager – Top A recruitment

It requires strong relationship building expereince with Sales and Marketing teams. This role is a very hands on role in terms of CRM solutions with Salesforce being used. This role will involve building strategic roadmap that aligns to the business needs.

The Key Responsiblities include:

Business Engagement by managing expectations and ensuring delivery of the highest quality.

Strategy by partnering with the internal groups and stakeholders to define and execute strategy.

Measurement by ensuring the contuinued development and growth by supporting the business in defining, prioritising and cordinating key Technology initiatives.

Operational Excellence by understanding the BAU issue and esculating issues within it.

Strong Technical background within CRM applications, business intelligence tools and data integration.

Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

Strong background in digital marketing and communications.

Experience in the Investment Management industry is preferred.
