The Client Relationship Management Team (CRM)

The CRM team is responsible for the collection and analysis of client feedback, market trend data and internal performance metrics, to assist the management committee in its strategic approach to clients. The team is currently working on various projects to enhance to the CRM function and the number of projects is expected to expand in the coming years with the growing needs of the business. The CRM team will comprise three individuals.

Role

This is a newly created role. The successful candidate will report in to the Head of CRM. Their primary responsibility will be data administration and reporting, but there will also be scope for project management and input in to the development and effective use of the firm’s CRM system. This role will provide exposure to management, sales and research and other client related processes and activities.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in a similar role who can generate analysis and ideas and help develop the strategic initiatives that the firm is undertaking. The role offers scope for progression, including building a detailed knowledge of the European Equities client base, an understanding of client strategy and the possibility of attending client meetings.
