Adecco USA is currently recruiting for a CRM Project Manager in the Hartford, CT area for one of our fortune 500 clients.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Managing and completing production administration requests, reporting, and enhancements for over 1,000 business users.
- Working closely with the IT department
- Creating a support guide for new and current users on how to use the system in accordance with established business practices
- Completing other projects or tasks assigned
In addition, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications
- BA, BS degree; MBA is a plus
- 3-5 years of CRM experience
- 3-5 Financial services experiences, with 3+ of retirement industry experience
- Sales Forces experience is a plus
The pay rate is $23p/h (non-negotiable)
