CRM Project Manager/Analyst Job

Responsibilities:
This individual will serve as Project Manager/Analyst for TE Connectivity Salesforce.com implementations in Europe. As part of the IT team this position will be a strategic partner with business sponsors as we rollout SalesForce.com. Individual will provide business process expertise; solution architecture and analysis; project leadership and rollout skills to achieve business goals in EMEA. Working independently in Frankfurt (other EMEA locations may be considered) this individual will be self directed, highly motivated with great interpersonal skills to build relationships with business users and be a SalesForce.com solution architect.
Requirement:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand TE business goals, IT strategy, and CRM trends to help define and implement Sales Force automation, Marketing and Customer Service strategy.
- Lead phases of projects including problem definition, analysis, solution conceptualization, requirement definition, development, and implementation including authoring related documents such as business and functional requirements.
- Working through project based teams, be responsible for delivering solutions on-time and on-budget, defining project tasks, managing project plans, providing status updates, and coordinating project meetings.
- Design and develop proposals, usability studies, software evaluations, and buy vs. build recommendations based on benchmarking and best practices.
- Provide thought leadership to the business users and help find solutions to their CRM needs.
- Responsible for successful system implementations including customer feedback, communication strategies, and all aspects of project implementation ensuring customer satisfaction.
Competencies Experience Required/Desired:
- 8 or more years of experience managing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in delivery of business solutions and achieving quality results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration.
- At least 3 years proven experience with large scale CRM implementation, Salesforce.com preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations. Ability to communicate with global team in English required.
- Good understanding of configuration vs. customization requirements. Technical savvy to guide design decisions and work with developers on implementation and quality control.
- Demonstrated experience deploying CRM business processes - Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Order Management, Quote Management, etc.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Capability to understand system dependency and ability to architect solutions integrating SFDC with internal data stores and systems.
- Results oriented with ability to work independently with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.
- Can make independent fact-based decisions to drive business solutions and demonstrate IT value.
- Must be able to occasionally travel and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.
Competencies Experience Preferred:
- SalesForce.com certification
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com data model, architecture, constraints, governors and change management.
- Knowledge with SalesForce to SalesForce, Partner Portals and integration tools desirable.
- Experience working in a large, global organization.
Educational Required/Desired:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering OR equivalent experience and knowledge required.
