CRM & Research Tech positions, Change the Bank recruitment
We are searching for a number of specialist CRM positions to be deployed on CRM projects in Wealth Management, Research and Client Sales divisions of a leading global banking institution.
The positions form part of a CRM and Research Technologies programme for a major Change the Bank (CTB) initiative. These roles will be based in Hong Kong and will be highly visible to the global business.
- Director / Executive Director, CRM Solutions Manager. This position is a senior technology leadership role
- Director / Associate Director, Business Analysts for CRM Solutions and Research Technology
- Director / Associate Director, Project Manager for CRM solutions (in-house build) project team
These roles are part of a global team and will partner with global solution managers and business heads to determine the solution roadmaps.
The positions are new hires in a growing team which will hold responsibility for the management of the CRM solution programmes and projects for this major technology rebuild.
These positions may also become involved in working on and managing strategic projects that go beyond the areas of CRM and Research.
As a leader in the IT organisation you would be expected to coach colleagues and demonstrate excellence in your professional area as well as identify cross-functional opportunities, contributing to the acceptance of change in the wider organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with global solution managers and solution owners on strategy
- Define and refine the project roadmaps according to business demand and strategy
- Manage programmes and projects which deliver on the business demands and strategy.
- Ensure that solution meets all audit/control/regulatory requirements in addition to functional and non functional requirements.
- Provides transparency on project status and financials
- Work with cross functional teams across business and technology
- Manages the overall resource requirements across their project portfolio and are responsible for the efficient use of said resource.
