Summary
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist will assist in leading Toshiba International’s Industrial Division in the rollout and ongoing utilization of the recently implemented CRM software to further support our customers and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, exceptionally detailed, an excellent communicator and analytically creative.
Responsibilities
• Clean and mine database to eliminate duplicate records and update contact information
• Create and run reports, and build process mapping and procedural documentation
• Research, Identify and record new business opportunities and leads
• Create queries, notes, email blasts and regular follow up tasks for the sales and customer service teams to maintain
• Train TIC employees how to fully utilize CRM; lead change management to ensure continued maximization
• Create and coordinate documentation and training materials
• Offer guidance to users regarding best practices
• Troubleshoot and maintain system with client services acting as Site Administrator
• Coordinate as the primary liaison with the Information Systems department
• Develop methods with Information Systems team to best allow CRM to communicate with other software and applications and ensure ideal user interface
• Participate in projects to design, test and implement system enhancements
• Occasional travel to various sales regions (5-10%)
• Current CRM Processes improvement
• Development of new processes to maximize the utility and business value of CRM

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011 ( or other relational database experience)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to create and run reports; back end user or programming experience a plus
• Data management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Technical presentation experience using Power Point or similar software
• Sales or sales coordinator experience a plus
Education
• Bachelor’s degree with related coursework required
• Microsoft CRM Dynamics 4.0 certification a plus
