CRM Specialist recruitment
The successful candidate will be maintaining two CRM systems until all data are migrated successfully to the new CRM. This is not for an IT role but for an administrative assistant.
Job Description:
-Design, setup and manage Marketing Automation
-Manage CRM systems including campaign setup
-Ensure data integrity, functionality and usage of the CRMs
-Work independently with minimal supervision but to high standards, on time, and under pressure
-Prepare weekly reports for Business Development activities
-Train new joiners on system and enforce security of system
-Help with arranging annual events
-Maintain an inventory of marketing presentations for the relationship managers
Desired Profile:
-Bachelor’s degree a must
-Minimum 3 years of CRM database experience
-Minimum of 5 years as an administrative assistant in a financial services company
-Familiarity with MS Dynamics a must
-Must have strong communication skills with internal and external parties
-Must have demonstrable time management and organizational skills
-Fluency in Arabic a must
-This job requires high levels of discretion
