CRM System Specialist
Under supervision, validates and maintains the day-to-day integrity and functionality of the enterprise-level, cross-functional, Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and ensures proper data security and execution of all established policies and procedures for effective use of the system. Principal Duties: 1. Maintains/validates aircraft account relationships in the CRM system for all aircraft 2. Maintains/validates and promotes the company Customer Relationship Management system as the authoritative source for account, contact and aircraft information supporting long-term Customer relationships 3. Complies with internal auditing procedures to ensure the security of data access both internally and externally 4. Assists in the validation of the continuous data exchange and relationship between us and third party data sources 5. Uses Market Research tools including Amstat, JetNet, DB and Hoovers to research, confirm and verify customer and prospect information 6. Assists in the instruction of others in the use of the CRM system and policies, processes and procedures 7. Assists in the testing and implementation of new system functionality Additional Functions: 1. Secondary point of contact for database system(s) operational problems and issues 2. Maintains a continuous and open line of communications with all system users 3. Supports appropriate data input and output requests from all business areas 4. Administers CRM user accounts OtherRequirements: 1. Experience with Market Research tools including Amstat, JetNet, DB and Hoovers preferred 2. Must be detail-oriented. Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Proven computer literacy that includes PC Windows environment with specific skills in MS Office applications. Proficiency in CRM systems such as SalesLogix, Siebel, SAP. Two years experience in database applications. Excellent research and analysis skills. Aircraft industry experience preferred.
