My client is a large Asset Manager who require a CRM Systems Training Expert to join it’s Distributed Systems team in London.
 
With CRM being a key focus for the organisation, this CRM Training Expert will be expected to provide high class  delivery of training for the CRM systems and specific in-house CRM system. In addition, the candidate will be expected to provide support for the CRM system as well as provide documentation and quick reference guides, logging calls, follow up with clients once issues investigated and communicate extensively with internal and external key contacts.
 
The successful candidate must have CRM Training experience. Relevant systems include MS Dynamics, SalesPage, SalesLogix, Avenue CRM etc.
 
Due to the nature of the role, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as eligibility to live and work in the UK are essential.
