Working with a principal wealth management group, McGregor Boyall is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their global Regulatory Reporting, technology team.
Ensuring project management, throughout the entire project lifecycle the successful candidate will be responsible for the initial plan development, monitoring, reporting and testing phases. Providing continued monitoring the position will be responsible for identifying areas for new process and controls as well as risks, whilst ensuring effective communication to stakeholders, management and with team members. In addition by utilising their previous knowledge of Investment Banking functions, Regulatory Reporting and Credit Risk Function the role will manage and mentor a team of 10-20 based both on and offshore.
To be considered for this high profile role you must have:
-Experience of managing projects budgeted in excess of £100,000,
-A proven track record of Project Management at all stages of software development lifecycle in numerous substantial system implementations,
- Knowledge and previous exposure of Investment Banking products and processes, in particular within Regulatory Reporting,
-Ability to work with teams both off/near shore, dealing with both language and other barriers to ensure a unified team,
- Extensive communication skills to enable resolution of technical issues with developers
- Previously demonstrated communication and negotiation skills improving business conversations and liaisons with vendors,
