Business Services is the backbone of the Group, providing a diverse range of high quality services to the customer-facing operations within the Group. Business services includes; Technology Services, Group Operations, Group Property, Security and Risk (Corporate Security Services), Business Services Risk, Business Services Finance, Business Services Human Resources, Strategy and Architecture, and Procurement.

The Anti Money Laundering (AML) function is responsible for the provision of reactive and proactive advice to staff on all aspects of AML and is accountable for globally formulated AML policies and sanctions. We seek to protect the bank from the threat of money launderers and terrorist financiers.

Within this Cross Divisional AML Ops Change Manager, you'll be responsible for the delivery of all cross divisional AML and STF strategic, operational, systems and mandatory change across Business Services. Additionally, you'll lead all existing cross divisional programme responsibilities of this fast paced and complex environment.

As Cross Divisional AML Ops Change Manager you'll have experience of building and driving large and complex global transformational change programmes. Previous experience with the implementation of AML operations processes on a global level within financial services is required. As a senior leader you'll have experience of managing multiple third party suppliers, and knowledge of the leadership and management of organisational change, along with a robust and broad understanding of transformational change.
