Cross-Divisional Workstream Lead (Manager) – AML Change Programme recruitment

The Group is undertaking a major review of its Anti Money Laundering Sanctions and Terrorist Financing (AML STF) management. In order to strategically address current issues, successfully implement the proposed governance model and position the Group to make a step change in its AML/STF risk management, clear ownership needs to be implemented across the group, this will be achieved though the AML STF Change Programme.
You will be involved in overseeing the design drive the delivery of implementation plans for specific workstreams across the global business, in all divisions and regions, including translating the findings from the KPMG gap analysis fieldwork of Business Services into prioritised change plans.
You will have good knowledge of operations (products, process and process management including delivering change management projects) and will be a graduate with risk management experience. An understanding of the AML STF environment is preferable as well as experience of working with external consultancies and dealing with senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
