Description
CT Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) s primary purpose is to provide support to the RM or SRM to sponsor, manage and develop existing CT client relationships and work directly with the Global Client Solutions Group and the client service teams on the daily administration and coordination of the assigned client relationships. The primary activities of the ARM role include assisting in relationship management, new business development, account planning, and client service coordination of relationships. In some cases, the ARM may manage Tier III smaller or pooled client relationships under the direction of a Business Group Manager or RM. The ARM will review and research current market conditions, specific client investment and portfolio strategies and communicate information to clients and RMs as necessary. The role requires maintaining an understanding of his/her clients' organisations (structure and contacts), capital market activities, and strategic priorities. The ARM is responsible for assisting in the generation of new business opportunities across his/her portfolio, , product breadth/penetration and transactions. ARMs will engage Deal Administration, Global Client Solutions (TMG, BAC/KYC, onboarding, and other utilities), and Global Service Delivery (operations payments, settlements, recordkeeping, etc.) to ensure differentiated service experience for CT clients. The ARM will also work closely with his/her RM and Product Management and Strategy, and Salespartners to identify new extensions/products. The ARM will assist in the support of larger relationships and oversee/coordinate remedial action(s) to resolve service issues under the direction of a RM or a Business Group Manager.
Qualifications
Strong academic background. BA/MBA/first degree in related subject preferred. 3-5 years in financial services with particular focus on client relationship management and/or sales. 5 years in capital markets preferred.
