Job Description
Hi, my name is Eric. I write code, but I've outgrown my role and need a true CTO.
My goal is to find someone that is a real partner in a growing business and portfolio that can move into being a CTO type role.
You are essentially the tech lead on a funded operation building/growing a portfolio of profitable web and mobile products and will manage development and maintenance of several web apps and the entire tech side of the business.
I won't be a pointy haired boss -- looking for a smart, strong lead that wants to work on a lot of different things, is efficient, effective, and wants to write his or her own ticket.
I would much rather pay extremely competitive salary and equity than try to squeeze performance out of B players. You'll be considered a partner in the business.

Skills Requirements
Self starter, good communicator, efficient worker.
Most of what we have is in python, but ultimately that's open to change and I don't care about the specific toolset we use, so long as it's a justifiable decision.
