CTRM Business Analyst – Leading Commodity Trading Firm
One of the world's largest commodity trading firms has an excellent opportunity on offer. The company is seeking a commodity trading risk management (CTRM) business analyst to join one of their specialist teams that has been experiencing considerable growth recently.
The CTRM Business Analyst role will involve:
• Collecting, understanding and transmitting the business requirements for projects and translating these into technical specification documents
• Analyse and document complex business processes
• Strong business analysis background including strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Some vendor relationship management
• Good understanding of project life cycle and basic PM understanding
• Work with the technical leads to shape the technical specification
• Understanding the BCM and DR processes and requirements
The CTRM Business Analyst role will require:
• Fundamental understanding of commodities market
• Commodities Business Experience
• Ideally basic knowledge of RDBMS (e.g. oracle, cache etc), Reporting tool, Business intelligence and Data warehousing
