Title: C/Unix developer
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Rate: $75-$85/hr
Length: 6 Months
Manager Notes: Need substantial shell scripting experience and/or experience of working with large data files in batch processes. That type of experience is critical for our position.
Necessary:
- Experienced C programmer (at least 7 years)
- Experience with Unix scripting
- Experience with batch process development
- Ability to adapt to project scope changes
- Ability to deliver on aggressive deadlines
Desirable but not necessary:
- Experience managing and processing large batch files
- Experience in the Credit Card or related industry
- Experience with real time / online applications
- Mainframe working experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of FDR systems
