Currency Research Assistant recruitment
Job Description:
The role will support lead currency analyst in preparing research publications and marketing materials. The daily work involves enriching, maintaining existing database and monitoring FX markets.
Knowledge
• Minimum 1 years of experience in FX or macro research
• Have a fairly good understanding of macro-economics and financial market.
Skills and Abilities
• Familiar with various databases, e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters etc.
• Knowledge of time series data analysis.
• A good communicator and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, major in economics/financial economics.
• Sufficient in Excel and other window office softwares.
• Experience with some statistical programs, such as E-views and Matlab etc.
