Please email your resume in a simple MS Word Document to lois.martin@adeccona.com In the subject line of your email, reference Job#S206333 DESCRIPTION As a Curriculum Developer on our Global Training Certification team, you will design, develop and maintain training courses for our Developer community which includes customers, employees, and partners. You will collaborate with the training team and cross-functionally to build instructor-led courses, write and review elearning, and develop certification exams. As a member of the Force.com Platform team, you will proactively develop your own skills with the declarative and programmatic components of the platform, and translate that into powerful learning solutions that combine solid design, rapid development, and creative delivery. Our client is looking for a strong course developer and writer who has written for a technical audience in the past. You may or may not have experience as a developer, but you are familiar with the principles of software development and have some exposure to object-oriented programming, such as Java, and web-based technologies, such as HTML and XML. You have proven expertise in identifying the right style and level of content for various Developer audiences and have a track record of creating compelling and comprehensive hands-on labs. CRM and Cloud solution experience is a plus. Objectives: ? Produce quality course material including: design documents, student materials, presentation slides, instructor guides, job aids, lab instructions and workbooks, assessments and certification questions, lab setup guides and course descriptions using the salesforce.com standard development process and templates. ? Collaborate with subject matter experts and the product management team to build appropriate course and lab material to support the Force.com Platform, providing code samples and functional, executable results. ? Participate in the certification program as a subject-matter expert and writer. ? Manage technical courses including beta versions of Force.com Platform courses and train-the-trainer sessions. ? Participate in team development projects, utilizing peer review and project management skills to drive completion of a valuable education asset, often managing multiple projects at once. Required Experience/Skills: ? At least 3 years of curriculum development experience focused on building content for software developers. ? Solid understanding of Internet technologies, application development methodologies, and On-Demand business models. ? Experience with structured writing techniques and modular content development processes preferred. ?Experience with ADDIE development process ? Proven ability to meet project timelines with quality results. ? Track record of innovation in developing training solutions with a portfolio of projects for various audiences. ? Record of effective collaboration in working with product development organizations, as well as internal technical support, consulting and other customer facing resources. ? Experience managing course development projects including scoping resource and timeline requirements and driving project plans. ? Ability to perform all phases of curriculum development (research, planning, writing, organizing, managing, review cycles) ? Extensive experience using standard publishing tools (Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat) ? Bachelor?s degree required; B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience preferred. Preferred Experience/Skills: ? Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry, with particular expertise in Service or Sales organizations. ?Rapid Development Elearning tools (Articulate Studio, Captivate, Camtasia ?Virtual (instructor led, web based) classroom course development and delivery ?
