As part of the Integrated Talent Management function, this organization is accountable for providing learning solutions to support the development of over 31,000 employees worldwide. To align effectively with business strategy, there are five Centers of Expertise (COEs) that support the organization's learning needs: Sales Customer Education, Service Solutions, Operations, Business Systems and Leadership Professional Development. These COEs partner with an internal Shared Services team that provides design, development, delivery, evaluation and logistics support. Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Shared Services Design and Delivery, the Curriculum Manager for Postal Education has end-to-end accountability for defining and organizing content related to USPS Postal regulations, processes and information that can be used in a series of courses to address learning needs for a variety of audiences in sales, service and operations. S/he is responsible for a complete set of training materials (both courses and performance support tools) for the postal subject area. Additionally, the Curriculum Manager will play a key role in the design and delivery of Mail Management Seminars for Pitney Bowes external customers. Essential Functions Develop, maintain, and revise postal curriculum content on an ongoing basis Identify which modules align with specific audiences Determine how the learning materials are resourced (internally created or accessed from the USPS or other sources) Create a standard strategy and approach to designing and evaluating the modules Develop and maintain subject matter expertise Establish criteria for selection of internal instructors or coaches Identify end user requirements Act as the liaison to manage the relationship with multiple points of contact in a learning solutions engagement (e.g. internal subject matter experts, learning consultants, instructional designers, third party providers, Enterprise Procurement) Drive internal communications to keep field employees up-to-date on postal regulation changes All interested individuals must apply online.
