We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Supervisor to join the Dunkin' Brands team!

 

Purpose of Position

Recruit, train and develop talent to provide high caliber support to franchisees, restaurant crew and brand employees of Dunkin’ Brands.

Continuously coach, counsel and develop staff to successfully support brand products, promotions, and company initiatives.

 

The primary accountabilities for this position include:

 

·         Recruit, train and develop high potential talent to successfully achieve team goals and provide talent pipeline for organization.

·         Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers through daily coaching, counseling, monitoring and observation of staff.

·         Effectively communicate and manage all performance goals and metrics for all direct reports.

·         Ensure staff members acquire appropriate brand/product knowledge by continuously coordinating and conducting training, holding weekly staff meetings and daily communications.

·         Effectively utilize tools and resources to manage workload and strive for continuous process improvement.

·         Build and maintain a highly engaged team while maintaining a positive work environment.

·         Effectively problem solve and identify root cause of issue trends and collaborate with internal business partners to raise awareness or resolve.

The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following

Education/Experience

·        

Bachelor Degree Required

·         5-7 Years of progressive business experience

·         1-2 Years Customer Relations Experience

·         2-3 Years Supervisory Experience

·         Proven leadership ability in a team setting

·         Proven ability of collaborating with others

·         Superior communication (listening, verbal, written) and relationship-building skills

·         Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and coordinate/follow-up with multiple priorities, while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.

·         Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and maintain a positive attitude.

·         Experience in working effectively on cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

·         Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information and to think objectively, based on the larger picture.

·         Experience in working effectively on cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

·         Demonstrated ability to implement process changes with a positive attitude, clear communication and appropriate coaching.
