Cust Sales Svc Rep - Retail - Ontario
This position is located in Ontario and will be 40 hours per week. Provides prompt quality customer service along with support to Bankers and store management. Performs wide range of services including document preparation, account servicing/maintenance (account reconciliation, address change, stop payments, account closings, transfers, notary, processing check orders), and problem resolution. Solicits new accounts and cross-sells products and services. May follow-up on Teller referrals and may have teller responsibilities. May spend up to 40% of time on sales and up to 40% time on cash transactions. Basic Qualifications: 1+ year customer service experience. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated sales and/or referral skills. Previous experience in assessing customer needs. Previous cash handling experience. Demonstrated use of computer skills; excellent communications skills. Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays. Normal work schedules typically fall between 7AM - 7PM. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in retail sales or the financial industry, Previous experience meeting customer satisfaction goals, Multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply. Spanish preferred. Series 6 and 66 preferred.
