Customer Account Manager, Salary: £19k, Location: Hampshire

 

Summary

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an expanding energy company in Hampshire as a Customer Account Manager. The role is preliminary office based with the flexibility to be able to work from home on occasions.  You will be speaking to clients, energy suppliers, and service providers to provide the full customer service whilst managing an extensive portfolio of customers.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

·         Data entry, supplier invoice validation, general account queries, non payment reminders and other activities to support the team.

·         Resolving Queries identified internally and from our customers

·         Carry out data analysis and problem solving

·         Renewal supply contracts, Meter Operator and Date Collection Contracts where necessary

·         Identify new business opportunities with your current customers

·         Raise invoices as required

·         Resolve Contract Termination and Objection issues at contract renewal

·         Attending Conferences

·         Customer site meetings

 

Experience and Skills Required

 

·         A technical understanding of the Gas and Electricity supply industry would be an advantage

·         Demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’ and go that ‘extra mile’

·         Team Player who will fit into the company ethos

·         Self motivated

·         Excellent communication and organisational skills

·         Pro-active mentality with strong multi task and self time management skills

·         Ability to manage / organise own customer portfolio

·         Strong attention to detail in time pressured situations

·         Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organisations, suppliers, business partners and associations
