Our client; A leading provider of information services are currently looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven account management background within a customer service environment.

The overall responsibilities of the position will consist of;

Looking after a portfolio of customers, managing their day to day requirements and development. The successful candidate will be communicating with customers both verbally and in writing, presenting logical and clear solutions. Educating and coaching customers regarding their accounts, strive for 100% customer account retention and 100% performance against the companies service level agreement. Customer loyalty and account growth is essential to the role as well as the companies product evolution and development.

Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers is essential to this position.

Proven ability to manage and develop customer accounts

Customer service focused
