Our client a leader in their field is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their very successful team.

As an account manager you must have previous experience of working within the financial services industry and have an understanding of FSA guidelines. Ideally we are looking for brokerage experience.

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers enquiring about various financial products, providing information about the various options the customer has available and then sending out the relevant paperwork.

If the customer is interested in proceeding with one of the options you would then process the application and liaise with any external parties involved in offering the service.

You will be required to work a total of 40hrs, Monday to Friday on a shift basis.
