Customer Account Representative- SAP Experience is a MUST Job in Londonderry 03053, New Hampshire US

Our client located in Londonderry, NH is a manufacturing company and is looking to fill a long-term temporary role that will last through June 2013. ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Initial point of contact for all incoming purchase orders. Reviews customer purchase orders to verify previously quoted information and verify model number and price from standard price lists or GSA/Blanket Order Agreements.
- Upon receipt of order, conduct initial review to identify any gaps between MSS quotation and Customer order and highlights to appropriate Sales Manager and/or Contracts Manager for complete review. This may include establishment of an order review file for access, review and approval by internal departments.
- Enters all acceptable orders into Company's ERP/MRP system interpreting contract requirements and translating customer requirements and required flow-downs.

QUOTATIONS
- Disseminates RFQ/RFP information for inter-department review, which might include establishment of an RFQ/RFP review file for access, review and approval by internal departments.
- Works with Sales to generate compliant quotations within the ERP/MRP system based on customer RFQ/RFP requirements, with input from defined departments within the factory as well as Sales.Responsible for issuing quotations against formal price lists or negotiated customer-specific price lists.
- Establishes the RFQ/RFP review file, if required, for access, review and approval by internal departments.
- Assists Sales in quote follow-up and closing sales with customers.

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

SALES SUPPORT
- Make recommendations to customers from data sheets as to standard product selection or accessory availability. Review product applications and/or requirements with customer and recommends products or trade-offs using applicable data sheet information or recommendations from Sales, Marketing, and/or Technical Support Engineering, to include the suggestion of additional complementary products which might have applications.

Technical Requirements
-- Associate of Arts Degree or CFC in business or related business discipline and five or more years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of customer service (including order and quotation data entry for products and services), export compliance, catalogue sales and interpretation of sales terms all accomplished through direct customer contact and coordination with internal cross-functional organizations.
--Experience working with MRP/ERP sales ordering/quotation systems and database management tools.
--Ability to interpret customer order requirements and translate to Company capabilities.
