Customer Accounts Manager Job in Wimborne, South West Uk
We have an excellent opportunity to join a client focused professional company in Wimborne on a permanent basis as Customer Account Manager.
The successful candidate will take ownership of existing customers, providing them with a first class service and managing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for taking the initial enquiry, providing clients with accurate estimates and work with their ever changing requirements. As a natural relationship builder you will ensure existing customers understand the full range of services you can provide and maximise on any additional needs. You will also be responsible for following up on enquiries and building relationships with lapsed customers.
You will be dynamic and be able to adhere to strict deadlines and thrive within a fast paced environment. You will also have good numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience working in a mailing house or in print finishing would be ideal, alternatively, experience within a customer facing role or within marketing and advertising is essential.
