Customer Acquisition Marketing Maneger

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager for a multi award winning Watford based consumer services brand. My client has a global reputation as being a one of the UK's largest consumer service brands who deal with over 125 Retail Brands and are continuing to grow at a substantial pace.

Due to company direction we are currently in search of a Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager. The Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing strategic development, creating the Brand's Customer Acquisition programme to create rapid growth for the business. Working closely with a leading media agency the successful candidate will optimise online and offline acquisition tactics through experimentation and analytics, monitoring all levels of the acquisition funnel. Other responsibilities for the role include managing a media budget (working to low margin CPA's) and reporting strategies to key business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of creating online strategies and acquisition programmes that drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition. We are looking for analytical degree educated (or equivalent) strategic thinking marketing professionals who have experience of working in a low-margin consumer facing role. Other requirements for the role include experience of Website conversion optimisation, agency management, effective communication skills and a real get up and go attitude.
