Customer Acquisition Program Manager (Relationship Officer 4) recruitment
The Strategic Markets program manager will be responsible for leading Citibank Direct-to-Consumer initiatives that improve lending penetration rates to low and moderate income (LMI) and minority markets. Initiatives may include new, standalone programs targeting the Strategic Markets, or inclusion in existing DTC marketing programs. Additionally, the Strategic Markets program manager will contribute to overall DTC efforts as business demands warrant.
Responsibilities
· Build and manage relationships with key business partners with respect to development, implementation and management of initiatives that help Citi to meet our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) goals and Fair Lending objectives
· Identify new lead sources that provide LMI and Minority opportunities
· Lead a cross-functional team in setting up and managing programs to drive incremental origination volume
· Development of the strategic direction, innovative thinking and cross-organizational value-add perspective to develop new programs
· Manage the program holistically via pro-active forecasting, tracking and monitoring of program performance (including program PL) and interpretation of data and results so as to optimize program financial results and customer experience
· Work with the Strategic Markets team to develop standalone campaigns, to add a Strategic Markets component to existing DTC campaigns, and to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
· Establish two-way feedback loop with Sales and Fulfillment teams to leverage learning to continuously improve program effectiveness
· Review and evaluate customer feedback obtained via call monitoring, staff focus groups, customer surveys and any other relevant measurement mechanisms so as to improve customer experience for repeat customers. Champion any new initiatives accordingly
· Act as a subject matter expert within DTC for Strategic Markets, CRA and Fair Lending requirements
· Identify any process re-engineering opportunities necessary to improve lending penetration rates to strategic segments
Skills
Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
· 6-10 years experience, mortgage sales/business development/customer acquisition marketing/project management background required.
· Candidate should have Mortgage Sales, Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing and/or B2C Business Development experience. Experience or knowledge of financial and risk management preferred. Ability to interpret data and analytics and understand financial levers is required.
· Strong Cross Functional Project Management experience with multiple business functions is preferred.
· Ideal candidate will have hands-on Sales/Direct Marketing/B2C Business Development experience. Will need ability to develop business strategy and then translate strategic vision into tactical plans and manage execution. Will require ability to work with peers in cross-functional support groups to be successful. Should possess understanding of Risk Management principles. Must be able to present ideas, work product and progress reports to business leaders and senior management.
