When you join our Banking team as a Customer Adviser you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. With excellent communication and extensive knowledge of products and services you will meet sales targets maximise sales opportunities by promoting our products. As a Customer Adviser, you'll provide appropriate guidance and support and maximise the team‘s performance. You will utilise customer feedback to continuously improve the services we provide and exceed targets. To be a successful Customer Adviser you will be:
- Experienced in working in a targeted environment
- Passionate about customers and sales
- Have the ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent communicator
- Experience of working in a customer-facing sales environment
- Flexible with working hours
