Customer Adviser (Banking Service) – £12,750
Using your skills
To help people pay bills
And making our
Customers beam
This is what being a Co-operative Operative means
Being a Customer Adviser (or a Co-operative Operative, as we like to say) means helping our customers and making sure they get what they need from every call. Or, to put it simply, doing things the right way.
A vital part of our friendly Banking Services team, you’ll take all kinds of calls from all kinds of customers. You’ll provide a first-class service every time – letting your personality shine through and using your knowledge of our products and services to achieve amazing levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll take every opportunity to maximise sales too. But treating the customer fairly will always be your goal, because this is what our business is all about.
To shine, previous experience of dealing with customers will have given you the skills to be a great communicator and a natural when it comes to building relationships. Experience of selling to customers and achieving targets would prove an asset, but it’s not essential. It’s your commitment, your personality and the pride you take in your work that will make the real difference here.
We’ve talked about what you’ll do for our customers. Here’s what we’ll do for you. We’ll provide a fantastic working environment – one built on teamwork, fun and mutual respect. Through training and development programmes, we’ll give you plenty of opportunities to grow. And our incentive scheme will see that your hard work is well rewarded.
This is what working in a contact centre should be. It’s what being a Co-operative Operative means.
